I would like to thank you once again for a well-organized trip. We all- teacher and students had a great time. I am sure you will have some return customers. I specifically would like to thank you for the special consideration you gave to Patrik.

I recently finished an amazing trip to Nepal thanks to you and your high caliber of staff that demonstrated professionalism and sincerity. The following is an acknowledgement of the high standard of service that both Rob and I received while in Nepal.

Prasan was always forward thinking ensuring that we were well prepared and provided for, for each part of our journey. He also personally escorted us to different destinations of our trip, which helped put our minds at ease knowing that Prasan was in charge and informed of the transitions we would take from place to place.

Even my last day where he assisted me at the airport and transported Rob to his next destination was impressive. Rob and I often discussed during our trip how privileged we were to have someone of Prasan’s status personally look after us so well.

Milan is a great asset to your team and programme with the wealth of knowledge and passion he has for his work and country. I thoroughly enjoyed his teachings and company. In reflection of our trip, it was Rob’s and I intention to leave a small monetary gift for Milan but unfortunately forgot. Could you please advise the best way or appropriate procedure for me to acknowledge Milan’s services.

Chandra and Tenjing were so amazing. Unfortunately I was not the fastest or fittest person to trek, haha, but Chandra managed to compose himself and demonstrated such grace, patience and support. Both Tenjing and Chandra offered 24hr/7day service, ensuring that our well-being was well cared for. We highly recommend them for other tourists.

Nepal has made a great impression on my heart and I believe it’s because at the end of the day people make the difference. This is truly a reflection again on the staff that I’m assuming you carefully hand pick.

Thank you for a wonderful holiday.
All the best to you and your staff.

“I have used Nepal Sanctuary treks many times over the past 3 years to organise and guide everything from simple day walks and weeklong tea house treks with my family, to 3 week expeditions to climb some of the high trekking peaks in Nepal. On each and every occasion I have found them to be very professional and thorough in their preparation for the trek, and on trek the guides and porters were excellent. For the mountain expeditions the equipment supplied has been excellent and the food has been delicious, hygienic, plentiful and varied. Having compared them to other agencies I also believe they offer good value for money.

I have recommended Nepal Sanctuary Treks to my friends over the years and will continue to do so.”

Thank you for organizing another wonderful trek for us again this year. We had a thoroughly relaxing time and have some great photos that we are very happy with. Once again, we were exceptionally well looked after throughout the trek and our memories, in particular, of the fantastic ridge walk on Christmas morning, with such good company and such stunning views of the mountains, will stay with us for a very long time. So please pass on our heartfelt thanks to Lakpa and everyone on the crew – they worked so hard to ensure that we were comfortable and enjoying the trek, and we really appreciate all that they did for us.

So many, many thanks once again and our very best wishes for New Year to your family and all at NST.

Please allow me to say how great an asset your company has, in your brother, Sandeep.
Having traveled with him first time round I had found him to be polite, helpful and professional at every turn, I knew immediately that I would trust his judgement in any mountain environment.
This has been borne true this last month or so when traveling with him.

Allow me to thank you for all the professional help and care that Sandeep has shown both Tom and I during our recent trip. I spoke loosely to him about the possibility of returning in two or three years time with my family, and hope that this plan will meet fruition, if so, it would be my pleasure to work through your company.

Again, Thank you and warmest regards.

What an interesting and culturally diverse itinerary! My previous experience in the Annapurnas was rewarding and spiritually correct, following the mountaineers Hertzog and Boiunpton. All though the planning of the 14 days in the mountain, Nepal Sanctuary Treks, organized and reorganized the itinerary to full fill my ever evolving ideas And what an itinerary it proven. The standard of care was again excellent, from the early morning coffee in bed to the meals which interspersed the day, the menus were named and well balanced. Nepal Sanctuary Treks take extreme care over altitude acclimatization knowing that too fast an ascent can be life threatening. The Nepal Sanctuary Trek guide was brilliant, giving confidence and knowledge of local conditions.
A long interesting and culturally diverse experience which was well planned to suit my individual requirement. The small details of planning the itinerary were well constructed and nothing was too much trouble.

I have to thank you again for providing me with the excellent services which Nepal Sanctuary Treks prides itself in giving. I would not hesitate to use the company again or recommended it to friends and family.

I thought I’d take this opportunity to thank you for a once in a life time experience. You and your teams support is of the highest quality. Your efforts made my time in your country a good one. I would be happy to support your company in any way possible.

I’m still happy to support your charity efforts.

Cheers!!!

Dear Tulsi,

I hope that everything with you is alright and that you are in fine health!

I’m sure that the weather in Kathmandu is a lot better than here. I send you this email to greet you and to tell you that everything is alright. The weather is quite bad and we had a lot of bad luck with storms and fresh snow, but everyone is healthy and we still have a good chance to reach the summit.

I especially want to thank you for your staff. I never had any better staff than the guys we are working with now. Both Oom and Ganesh are great cooks. Every meal is fantastic and we are getting really spoiled by their food.  Santa and Rinji are great too. Both are very strong and helpful. Rinji was bit sick yesterday and came down to Basecamp, but he’s better now.  And then Furba: He is really fantastic. Extremely helpful, very strong, always ready to help, to think about the plans, tea break the trail, to organize the trek, BC, the staff, the high camps, etcetera. In short: great!

I am very happy with all of the staff. THANK YOU!

Anyway, I just wanted to tell you that we are fine and to thank you for everything you have organized and sending this staff with us.

 See you soon!

Thanks for your efforts in organising a wonderful trip. Sorry I didn’t email you earlier to thank you for your amazing hospitality. I realized after we got back that I forgot to give you the money for the sleeping bags. Please charge us double next year for these to make up for the shortfall.

The date for next year’s CAS week is:
CAS Week will run from Tuesday 27th October till Friday 30th October
I don’t know whether I will come out early or leave late, but I was thinking about doing the trek to Anapurna Base Camp. We don’t need to do anything yet, as these are draft dates but I thought I would forewarn you; I am sure the trip will be well subscribed next year as everybody loved the trip you organised this year.
If you scroll down you will find a link to a flickr group where some photos have been posted. Feel free to use them. Thanks once again on behalf of us all!!!

Tulsi has provided me with many services over the last 20 years, from organizing raft support on kayaking expeditions, to internal flights (where he seems to have good contacts at many airports around the country, which I think is important when flights are cancelled, delayed frequently), accommodations, to full expedition support. In 1998 I organized a 7 men team to climb Mt. Pumari, and we had an additional 12 friends and family trek to Base Camp. Tulsi competently organized all permits, provision, supporting staff and internal transport. Subsequently similar expedition support was provided in 2001 when we made an attempt to climb Mt. Everest from Tibetan side. We once again organized an expedition to Chomlang and Mera peak on the way back on 2010. His company is competent, reliable, trustworthy and hard working. His ability and network of contacts allows him to solve those problems that present themselves from time to time when traveling in such a country.

I have recommended Tulsi to others to their satisfaction, and have no hesitation in utilizing his services again.

Hi Tulsi,

I would like to thank you and your team for organizing a great trip and your attention to detail which made the holiday so enjoyable. Your team are excellent and nothing is too much trouble for them, they are always friendly and helpful. The birthday gifts of cake and wine were very much appreciated and the dancing girls from the local village made a great day even better – I couldn’t have asked for a better day.

Thanks again and hope to see you all again. We will definitely recommend you to anyone thinking of coming to Nepal. We will also send through a few photos of Lakpla and Pasang as we promised.

Regards
Tony
