I organized a trek for myself and two friends to do the Annapurna and Sanctuary Trek. After contraction a number of companies via the Internet, I chose to use Tulsi at Nepal Sanctuary Treks.

In November 2011 I had the privilege to go on a 6 day trek from Lukla to the Ama Dablam base camp, organized by Nepal Sanctuary Treks for a group of very different levels hikers. It was a dazzling experience and I have precious memories of the whole trip.

I have traveled extensively in Asia for business or leisure, and rarely have I seen in a travel agent such a great combination of quality of service, attention to the clients’ needs, reactivity to the journey’s episodes, security and kindness provided by the guide.

I can only recommend Tulsi and his team to any traveler who wants an unforgettable experience in Nepal.

Our entire holiday went like clockwork, especially our tour to Pokhara, Lumbini, and Chitwan. We have already started saving for a return trip to Nepal next year.We really had truly meaningful and wonderful experience throughout the trip.

My name is Theo Kossart and I believe that you are considering utilizing Nepal Sanctuary Treks for an upcoming trip in Nepal.

Tulsi has provided me with many services over the last 28 years, from organizing raft support on kayaking expeditions, to internal flights (where he seems to have good contacts at many airports around the country, which I think is important when flights are cancelled, delayed frequently), accommodations, to full expedition support. In 1998 I organized a 7 men team to climb Mt. Pumari, and we had an additional 12 friends and family trek to Base Camp.  Tulsi, competently organized all permits, provision, supporting staff and internal transport. Subsequently similar expedition support was provided in 2001 when we made an attempt to climb Mt. Everest from Tibetan side. He also organized Makalu to Everest trek and Barunche expedition for me and friends in 2017 very successfully.

His company is competent, reliable, trustworthy and hard working. His ability and network of contacts allows him to solve those problems that present themselves from time to time when travelling in such a country.

I have recommended Tulsi to others to their satisfaction and have no hesitation in utilizing his services again.

I’m sure that the weather in Kathmandu is a lot better than here. I send you this email to greet you and to tell you that everything is alright. The weather is quite bad and we had a lot of bad luck with storms and fresh snow, but everyone is healthy and we still have a good chance to reach the summit.

I especially want to thank you for your staff. I never had any better staff than the guys we are working with now. Both Oom and Ganesh are great cooks. Every meal is fantastic and we are getting really spoiled by their food.  Santa and Rinji are great too. Both are very strong and helpful. Rinji was bit sick yesterday and came down to Basecamp, but he’s better now.  And then Furba: He is really fantastic. Extremely helpful, very strong, always ready to help, to think about the plans, tea break the trail, to organize the trek, BC, the staff, the high camps, etcetera. In short: great!

I am very happy with all of the staff. THANK YOU!

Anyway, I just wanted to tell you that we are fine and to thank you for everything you have organized and sending this staff with us.

We did this trek in 2009 and it was a wonderful experience. There were 8 of us, 6 of whom were all late 50s at the time. Tulsi and Nepal Sanctuary Treks did a wonderful job and based on our experience, would happily recommend them.

Nepal Sanctuary Treks organized a guide and porters (and permits, transportation etc) for an 11-day trek into the Langtang Valley for our family (two parents, two teenagers). We had previously used Tulsi and his company on two other trips to Nepal. Fantastic as per past experiences. They care for their staff, have a genuine commitment to the places and people that you visit and walk the talk in terms of a responsible future of tourism in Nepal. Can’t rate highly enough.

Thank you to all at Nepal Sanctuary Treks for an unbelievable adventure of a lifetime. The trip was amazing and was definitely enhanced by the quality of the guides and the organization of all. An extremely well-designed itinerary that prepares us well for entry into higher altitude. Prior to the trip, we felt brilliantly prepared with detailed information. The women running teahouses along the trail and guides collecting rubbish en route made us aware of sustainability and environmental impact. We were incredibly fortunate to have such an amazing team. Trekking crews were just terrific, so friendly, professional, obliging and caring. The trekking crew and lodge owners always did everything to make us feel safe.

Classic Everest Trek was an absolutely amazing trek – superbly organized and led by Nepal Sanctuary Treks who were outstanding in every regard. We received such detailed and excellent pre-trek information, briefing and logistics provided by Tulsi and his team. Our 3 fabulous Guides (Kharga, Kabi and Dinesh) and our 6 Porters were just so amazing, knowledgeable, caring and super helpful. the team who worked tirelessly to ensure that we were fully supported and cared for – both individually and as a group  It was indeed a magical trip and an adventure of a lifetime.
