Classical Everest Trek

This trek takes you into the heart of these giant massifs passing along an old classic trail via Jiri and into colorful and beautiful Sherpa villages that each have something unique to offer such as the Yeti's skull and hands at Pangboche or the world's highest Monastery at Tengboche. And of course at every village you will be extended typical Sherpa hospitality.
Itinerary
- Day 01 : Arrive in Kathmandu airport. Reception and transfer to hotel. Briefing.
- Day 02 : Sightseeing tours to Kathmandu.
- Day 03: Drive to Jiri (1955m)and commence trek.
- Day 04: Trek to Bhandar(2190m).
- Day 05: Trek to Sete village.(2575m)
- Day 06: Trek over Lamjura pass(3530m) to Junbesi(2675m).
- Day 07: Continue trek through Solu to Nuntala(2250m).
- Day 08: Trek to village of Khare Khola(2070m).
- Day 09: Trek to Surkhe(2290m).
- Day 10: Trek to Phakding(2610m).
- Day 11:Trek to Namche Bazaar(3445m).
- Day 12: Acclimatization day at Namche Bazaar.
- Day 13: Trek to Thyangboche monastery(3865m).
- Day 14: Trek to Pangboche and on to Dingboche village(4350m).
- Day 15: Acclimatization day. Optional hike to Chukung Ri(4800m).
- Day 16: Trek to Thukla and continue to Lobuche(4930m).
- Day 17: Trek to Everest Base Camp(54001m) & return to Gorakshep(5160m).
- Day 18: Morning climb to Kala Patthar(5545m). Afternoon trek to Pheriche(4310m).
- Day 19: Trek to Phortse village(3950m).
- Day 20: Trek to Namche Bazaar(3445m).
- Day 21: Trek back down to Lukla airport(2840m).
- Day 22: Fly back to Kathmandu.
- Day 23: Trip concludes by departure transfer to airport.

meters of altitude, about 10 to 15 kilometers per day for about three weeks.
Physically preparation is important as the route involves trekking above snowline and

equipment.
